One of those things which no one actually likes to think about – their own death. We had arranged our wills with Willpower some years ago but, inevitably, circumstances both personal and legislative change over time.
Given the current coronavirus restrictions the review was carried out via Zoom. The only issues which arose were those endemic to the platform. The Willpower representative was clear and did not sugarcoat any points.
The price for the review and updating of our wills was reasonable and we only hope now that it will be many years before we one of us needs to invoke their provisions!

We would like to say how we were very impressed with the recent zoom online meeting we had yesterday with Ian, whilst dealing with an LPA for my partner and wills for both her and myself. These are difficult enough times without having to deal with death & taxes bit the whole experience was calm, slow and easy. I used a solicitor a few years ago and was not aware of independent companies like Will Power. They are so much cheaper and so much better that the solicitors I used. The solicitors showed no care about what I wanted to do in my Will, they just took instructions with no advice given.
