Will Writing and Estate Planning Consultant – Part-Time 

We’re looking to recruit a part-time Will Writing & Estate Planning Consultant able to conduct both Zoom appointments and home visits. We are based in Isleworth in West London and many of our clients are based in West & South West London, Surrey, and the Thames Valley so we are seeking a Consultant who can easily travel to clients’ homes to conduct a consultation when necessary.

You will be experienced in Estate Planning and a capable salesperson of Wills, LPA’s and Trusts, preferably with knowledge of inheritance tax issues and the care regulations, with the ability to develop a conversation to reveal the full range of needs to a client.

Sales and will writing/estate planning experience are essential.

Many of our clients now prefer video-call appointments and you should be familiar with conducting meetings over Zoom, WhatsApp and Facetime. In addition, clients may now want face-to-face meetings in their own homes to discuss their will/estate planning needs, while strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Will Power is run on a friendly basis and appointments are made by the telesales staff. You will need your own car and be prepared to work some evening hours on a regular basis.

You can expect a commission on sales made, depending on the source.
